Services
Every relocation needs different things.
We don’t sell fixed packages. Each case is built from what it actually needs — and that’s all you pay for.
How they’re organized
The services follow the arc of the relocation, not a catalog.
A mobility manager doesn’t think in categories: they think about what comes now and what comes next. That’s how these are ordered.
-
Before the decision
Orientation, look-and-see trip and moving budget. This is where the family says yes or no.
-
On arrival
Housing, schools, banking, visas. The first six weeks define the rest.
-
During the assignment
Cultural adaptation. What keeps the assignment from being cut short.
-
On departure
Closing accounts, pension funds, the outbound move. The full cycle.
Before the decision
Orientation and pre-arrival
The look-and-see trip is where a relocation is won or lost. If the family comes back convinced, what follows is execution. If they come back with doubts, no package fixes that later.
We show them the city they’re going to live in: how to get around, where the schools, hospitals and supermarkets are, which neighborhood makes sense given where the office is. And we deliver the moving budget — usually the hardest line item to estimate in the entire relocation.
What’s included
- Airport transfers
- Look-and-see trip
- Tours of Santiago and surroundings
- Phone consultations
- Moving budget
On arrival
Relocation
Everything your executive needs sorted so they can focus on the job from day one.
Where to live, where the children will study, what the partner will do, how to open a bank account, how to get a driver’s license. Dozens of procedures a newcomer doesn’t know where to start with — and that HR cannot coordinate from a distance.
What’s included
- Temporary and permanent home search
- School search
- Partner support
- Bank account opening
- Introduction to the social security system
- Driver’s license
- Furniture rental
- Introduction to public transportation
- Connection with areas of interest
- Car sale or rental
On arrival
Immigration services
What we can do ourselves, we do. Where your executive’s presence is required, we go with them.
Chilean immigration bureaucracy has rules that aren’t written anywhere — and that change. Knowing them from the inside is the difference between a visa that comes through in the normal timeframe and one that gets stuck on a requirement nobody mentioned.
What’s included
- Immigration advice
- Visas
- Work permits
- Permanent residency
- Temporary RUT (tax ID)
- Document legalization
Before the decision
International moving
Door to door, with fourteen years of experience in the industry.
Moving a family’s home across continents is the most stressful point of any relocation: it costs the most, takes the longest and causes the most anxiety. It’s also where a poorly chosen vendor shows first. Our team treats those belongings as if they were their own.
What’s included
- Door-to-door international moving
During the assignment
Cultural adaptation
A relocation doesn’t fail because of the visa. It fails because the family never felt at home.
The workshops work on the dimensions that make a country feel foreign: how people say no, how long an answer takes, what’s expected in a meeting, how social life works. Understanding it early saves months of disorientation.
What’s included
- Cultural awareness workshops
- Customized cultural workshops
On departure
Departure services
The full cycle, not just the pleasant part. It’s what almost nobody offers.
When the destination changes, loose ends nobody wants are left behind: closing accounts, handing back the house, recovering pension funds. Done badly, they sour the memory of the entire relocation — and your executive tells the ones who come next.
What’s included
- Pension fund recovery
- Account closing
- Outbound move preparation
- Lease termination assistance
